Adjust stain set volumes

To adjust stain set volumes:

  1. From the To do list, click Optional protocol design tasks > Adjust stain set volumes.
  2. A table will display your stain set(s) with columns for Step 1 and Step 2 (if you have one).
  • Add volumes cell by cell:
  1. Go to the Step 1 or Step 2 columns and double-click any cell you want to change.
  2. Type a new volume in microliters (ยต).
  • Or, add volumes by column:
  1. Click either column header to select the entire column.
  2. Right-click on the header or click wrench at the top right of the screen.
  3. The options menu will drop down. Click edit Change all values for ... .
  4. A small window will open. Type the number of microliters you want to add.
  5. Click Ok. The number will appear throughout the column.
  6. Click to check or uncheck the boxes in the Use stain set column.
